Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By installing or using StockPilot ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.
2. Description of Service
StockPilot is a Shopify application that provides purchase order management, inventory receiving, barcode scanning, supplier management, and inventory reporting tools. The App operates within the Shopify Admin and syncs data with your Shopify store.
3. Account and Access
You access StockPilot through your Shopify account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Shopify account credentials. We authenticate users through Shopify's OAuth system and do not store separate login credentials.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use StockPilot only for its intended purpose of managing purchase orders and inventory for your Shopify store. You agree not to:
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Use the App to violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Interfere with or disrupt the App's infrastructure
- Use the App to transmit malicious content
5. Data and Privacy
Your use of StockPilot is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Billing
StockPilot uses Shopify's billing system for subscription charges. All billing is handled through your Shopify account. You may cancel your subscription at any time by uninstalling the App from your Shopify admin.
7. Availability and Support
We strive to keep StockPilot available and functional, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or improvements that temporarily affect availability. For support, contact us at help@getstockpilot.app.
8. Limitation of Liability
StockPilot is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits.
We are not responsible for inventory discrepancies, incorrect cost calculations, or any business decisions made based on data displayed in the App. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of your inventory data.
9. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the App or via email. Continued use of StockPilot after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Termination
You may stop using StockPilot at any time by uninstalling it from your Shopify store. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App if you violate these Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada.
